All bookings with Clean2Let are on the following terms and conditions;
Advertised rates include call out service and first 2 hours 30 minutes (1 Bedroom property), 3 hours (2 Bedroom property), 3 hours 30 minutes (3 Bedroom property ) 4 hours 30 minutes (4 Bedroom property) any additional hour after this is charged at €80euro per hour.
1. Removal of waste from premises and waste removal to communal bins is not included in our advertised pricing.
2. Clean2Let customer service guarantee, customer must contact Clean2Let within 24 hours on completion of our services to avail of our customer service guarantee.
3. Fixtures & fittings will not be dismantled by Clean2Let staff for cleaning. If you require any such item please have it dismantled prior to Clean2Let’s arrival.
4. Use of customer’s equipment is not permitted by Clean2Let cleaning staff.
5. Payment must be made to Clean2let on completion of the service.
6. We cannot guarantee the moving of large fixture & fittings to facilitate cleaning under, behind, to the side etc which cannot be reached if the fixture is not moved.
7. Cancellation of services within 24 hours will incur a 40% of service cost fee.
