A Clean2Let deep clean is a full, room-by-room clean of the property — not a tidy-up. Two insured, vetted cleaners arrive with all their own equipment and materials and work through the checklist below. It is the same standard letting agents look for on a handover inspection, and it is what gives tenants the best chance of a full deposit back.

Room by room — what a deep clean covers
Every clean follows the same checklist, whether it is a one-bed apartment in the city or a four-bed house in the suburbs. Nothing on this list is an optional extra unless it says so.
Kitchen
- Kitchen deep cleaned, including worktops and surfaces
- Inside and outside of cupboards and drawers cleaned
- Oven, hob, extractor exterior and splashbacks cleaned
- Fridge, freezer and appliances cleaned (must be empty, freezer must be defrosted)
- Sinks and taps sanitised
- Floors vacuumed and mopped
- Doors, door frames and skirting boards cleaned
- Light switches, sockets and handles cleaned
- Optional internal windows and window frames cleaned
Bathrooms
- Bathrooms fully descaled and sanitised
- Toilets, showers, baths and sinks deep cleaned
- Mirrors, tiles and glass polished
- Floors vacuumed and mopped
- Doors, door frames and skirting boards cleaned
- Light switches, sockets and handles cleaned
- Optional internal windows and window frames cleaned
Bedrooms
- Bedrooms deep cleaned and refreshed
- Inside wardrobes, presses and drawers cleaned (must be empty)
- Floors vacuumed and mopped
- Doors, door frames and skirting boards cleaned
- Light switches, sockets and handles cleaned
- Mirrors and glass polished
- Optional internal windows and window frames cleaned
- Cobwebs removed and surfaces dusted
Living areas, hallways & stairs
- Living rooms and dining areas cleaned
- Hallways, landings and stairs cleaned
- Floors vacuumed and mopped throughout
- Doors, door frames and skirting boards cleaned
- Light switches, sockets and handles cleaned
- Mirrors and glass polished
- Optional internal windows and window frames cleaned
- Cobwebs removed and surfaces dusted
Good to know
We remove dust, marks and general build-up from surfaces; however, wall washing is not included as part of our standard deep clean service.
Extractor fans are cleaned externally only and are not dismantled during the cleaning process.
Deep cleaning prices in Dublin
Prices are fixed by the size of the property, so you know what the clean costs before we arrive. Internal windows and frames are the one optional extra — the second column includes them.

Every price is all-inclusive: two insured, vetted cleaners, and all equipment and materials brought with us. Larger properties, heavily soiled properties and commercial jobs are quoted individually.
