What Swords Properties Need
Swords is not one kind of housing, and a cleaning quote that ignores that is usually wrong. Three things shape most of the work we do here.
New-build handovers
Swords has been one of the fastest-growing parts of Dublin for two decades, and it is still building — Fosterstown, Millers Glen and Baile na Móna among others. A new home is not a clean home. How much notice do you need?
Give us as much as you can, particularly for end-of-month dates, when tenancies turn over and the diary fills. That said, we can often cover Swords at short notice because we are already working in North County Dublin most days. Call and ask — it costs nothing to check.
